Can You Believe We Were Able to Do This?

You were so good last weekend!

For the second year in a row, we turned Black Friday on its head with our Good Karma Extravaganza, and our customers didn't disappoint.

We donated 10% of the proceeds from every purchase you made between Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday to Girls Who Code. It's a fantastic organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in tech through local clubs and regional summer immersion programs.

(To learn more, read our blog post from last year here).

On Giving Tuesday, we ran the numbers. I'm proud to say that we donated over $400 with the support of customer purchases. If you bought from us this past weekend I want to say, thank youfrom the bottom of my heart—it means the world to me.

If you'd like to make a direct donation in support of the Girls Who Code End of Year Campaign, we've set up a donation page. Visit https://give.classy.org/hhb to make a tax-deductible donation today!

What's Next?

For more than a year, we've been setting aside a portion of every sale to support organizations with terrific missions—from girls'education to Compliment's scholarship program to the MD Anderson Cancer Survivors Conference. I've witnessed the incredible impact it can have.

I want to do more.

Starting in the new year, giving back is going to become a bigger part of who we are—not simply something we do. I can't wait to share more about it with you in the coming weeks!
