CONTINENTAL USA ORDERS

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Shipping times vary depending on your choice at checkout, and we'll always give you our best estimate of how long it could take to ship. It will typically take 1-3 business days to ship via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Air. Items containing essential oils or other materials considered volatile for air travel must be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground, which may increase delivery time. 

Business days include Mon-Fri and exclude weekends and holidays. 

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories will have an additional surcharge for shipment. 

STOLEN MAIL

If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact us with the Police Report Number so we can assist you. Stolen packages cannot be replaced without a Police Report Number.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

Products are shipped internationally via United States Postal Service International First Class up to 4 pounds, and International Priority Mail from 4 to 20 pounds. Process time from the time of order is 3-5 days. Transit time will vary, but USPS Priority Mail International typically has a delivery of 3-12 business days depending on the destination. Orders that are delayed or detained at the border are not the responsibility of Handcrafted HoneyBee and will need to be resolved between the buyer and local authorities. Unfortunately Handcrafted HoneyBee cannot offer replacements if this happens but we will do our best to work with you toward a solution.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We're sorry, but we are unable to accept returns for merchandise from our international customers.

 

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you need to cancel an order, this must be done within 24 hours after the order was placed. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Once your order has been received and processed, no cancellations will be honored.

To cancel your order, please send a reply from your confirmation e-mail to hello@handcraftedhoneybee.com and  please include your order number.

 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Downloadable products, including but not limited to: PDFs, online courses, online tutorials.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@handcraftedhoneybee.com and send your item to: 1121 W. Valley Blvd, Suite I-122, Tehachapi, CA (USA) 93561.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us before sending your item so we can be prepared to receive it.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us before sending your item so we can be prepared to receive it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
